Understanding tea in the Hospitality industry is important. It's an easy topic to learn, as well as being very interesting.
Tea is a very important industry, produced across the globe with a variety of different styles. Knowing the simple facts, as well as common tasting notes for the different categories of tea, will help aid you to understand how it is used, as well as how it can be used.
