Coffee. Coffee is a huge industry, especially in Hospitality. It's great to know that it's "just a strong drink that wakes you up", however there is obviously more to the well-known beverage.
I have personally always been fascinated in this area of beverage. I have learnt that it is an art, as well as that it ranges tremendously, wether that be the taste, the process it has gone through or where it has come from.
When it comes to this topic within the Hospitality Industry, I have made sure that I have sufficient and extensive knowledge about coffee.
